Message and answer requests

A thread with your team — you reply from your inbox — and checklists to complete.

Messages come to your inbox

Their questions sit with the rest of your mail.

When a client writes in their portal it lands in your inbox like any other message, and your reply appears in their thread. Uploads and answered checklists land on the client record.
