Unified inbox

Gmail, Outlook, SMS and Slack in one list, sorted into smart folders and tagged needs reply or FYI.

Calendar and booking links

Day, week and month across every connected calendar, and a booking page that only offers the times you are free.

Tasks, four ways

List, board, calendar or the day planner. Subtasks, checklists and comments on every task.

Contacts and companies

One timeline per person: every email, text, meeting, task and note.

One record behind every conversation

Open an email and the sender’s history is beside it.

The contact pane shows what the workspace already knows about the person writing to you — past emails, meetings, open tasks and notes. Turn the email into a task or link it to a client without leaving the thread.

Schedule send

Act from the thread

Templates, schedule-send and a ten-second undo. Archive, star and snooze by keystroke — it all writes back to Gmail or Outlook.

A few things about the workspace

Gmail and Google Workspace, and Outlook and Microsoft 365. Connect more than one, and run a shared hello@ next to your private mail.

Yes, on Team. Every connected account has its own access setting — private, admins only, or the whole workspace — so a shared mailbox and a personal one can sit side by side.

Stack keeps a rolling window of recent mail and fetches older messages from Gmail or Outlook as you scroll. Search covers what has been synced, not your full archive.

Not yet. A booking page needs a Google Calendar on the host’s account, so it only offers times you are genuinely free. Microsoft support is on the way.

Google Tasks and Microsoft To Do, both ways, with a status mapping you control.

Install Stack on your phone from the browser. It works like an app, push notifications included, without an app store.
